Purpose:
- To prepare guidelines to be followed during General Visit, Auditing or Trials conducted by a customer.
- To prevent any disputes, confusions and prevent the interests of the stakeholders of K.K. Metals following shall be applicable.
- It is to be noted that K.K. Metals shall have the right to stop the visit in between if it finds that the rules are being violated and it is adversely affecting the interests of any of its Stakeholders.

General Visits:
No charges shall be levied on the customer.
Trial:
Since interference shall affect the normal working, following charges shall be levied on the customer. This charge shall include the Labour, Power & Fuel, and other overheads.
- Trials on Press: Minimum charges Rs. 16,000 (for 8 hrs) after 8 hrs, Rs. 2,000/- per hour/ machine shall be applicable.
- Trials on Hammer: Minimum charges Rs. 24,000 (for 8 hrs) after 8 hrs, Rs. 3,000/- per hour/ machine shall be applicable.
- Additional Charges: Die Development/ Tool Modification Charges shall be extra according to pricing policy.
Auditing:
No charges shall be levied on the customer.
Note:
- Customer shall have to inform beforehand and the date and time shall be decided for the same. The interests of other customers’ privacy should be taken care.
- KKM will appoint the coordinator to facilitate during auditing.
