- Ensure the environmental temperature as general room temperature.
- Clamp the sample piece tightly for cutting.
- Ensure that coolant is flowing in the cutting area.
- Start the machine by pressing on switch & cut the test piece.
- Ensure that the sample is not burn during cutting.
- Piece is free from dirt and oil.
- Remove the piece from the machine.
- Do mount or Polish on test piece as per requirement.
